Questions people ask
- What does HD mean?
- The full-resolution restored file — up to 4× the size of your original, with no watermark. The free preview is the same restoration at 1024px with a small “Made with Heirloom” mark.
- Do credits expire?
- Never. A pack is yours until you've used all ten, whether that takes a weekend or a decade.
- How do I cancel?
- One click in Account → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and there are no emails to write.
- Are my photos used to train AI?
- Never. Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete any photo yourself at any time before then.
- What if a restoration fails?
- No credit is used. You only ever pay for HD downloads that actually worked.
